Outstanding Results

Congratulations to all pupils who recently took Grades 2,5,6 and 7 RAD examinations. A total of 19 Distinctions with many in the high 80's and 90's and 25 high merits.

Congratulations to Katie Hodgson who has just completed her Royal Academy of Dance Teacher Training with Helen Laxton and to Hannah Ingham who has been accepted onto the programme

Congratulations to Faye Jordan who made it through to the final round of auditions for the West End Hit musicals Billy Elliott and Matilda.

Congratulations to our Hip Hop Crew  "Rhiact"  for all of the competition and performance successes.

Congratulations to Kate Jordan for being offered places at Urdang, Bird College and Laine for September 2013 and also for winning a bronze medal in the small group and a 5th place in the duo at the World Tap Championships which were held in Germany

Royal Ballet School

Congratulations to Alexander Burton aged 11,  who has been offered a full time place to study at the Young Dancers Academy in London. Alexander is also a Mid Associate of The Royal Ballet School

 

 

 
   

 

Elite Beats Performance Class

  

          

Students attending the Elite Beats Performance Squad training sessions will be given tuition in Freestyle Modern Dance, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Street Dance and Disco. The training sessions will be performance based, students will work on producing routines in varied dance styles which will be entered for competitions, shows, charity events and performances.

The training is great fun and very good for improving core strength, stamina, flexibility,

co - ordination, musicality, rhythm and it will help to develop well tuned, toned and supple dancers. The Elite Beats training will be extremely beneficial for those pupils wishing to pursue  a career in dance.
